How do I provide notice if I receive PCS orders before my lease ends?
We simply require 30 days' notice. We understand that military relocations don't always come with a lot of advance warning, and waiting on official orders can be stressful. If you know a PCS move is likely, feel free to give us an early heads-up so we can begin planning ahead.
Once you receive your official orders, just provide us with a copy and we'll add them to your file. Our team will work with you throughout the process to help make your transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. -
Can you help with remote rental agreements if I'm unable to visit in person?
We make the process as simple and convenient as possible for military families. All of our management agreements can be signed electronically, allowing you to review and sign documents from anywhere in the world.
For access to the property, we're happy to coordinate key pickup with a trusted local family member, friend, or neighbor. If that isn't possible, we can arrange to have the property rekeyed so our team can gain access and begin preparing the home for management and leasing.
